KT is a full property management service providing tenant placement, maintenance, rent collections, bill pays evictions and more!  We currently manage 683 units in 34 States.

1. We charge between 6-10% of the monthly rent. The more units/doors you have the lower your %.

2. $250 one-time set up fee.

3. and $600 tenant placement fee. 

We do have some optional services such as bill pay fee (paying your mortgage, insurance, utilities etc), and optional rodent/pest spray and gutter/downspout cleaning spring & fall services.
