How many properties do you manage?
KT is a full property management service providing tenant placement, maintenance, rent collections, bill pays evictions and more! We currently manage 683 units in 34 States.
1. We charge between 6-10% of the monthly rent. The more units/doors you have the lower your %.
2. $250 one-time set up fee.
3. and $600 tenant placement fee.
We do have some optional services such as bill pay fee (paying your mortgage, insurance, utilities etc), and optional rodent/pest spray and gutter/downspout cleaning spring & fall services.
How does the management process start?
Its easy peasy! Simply click the red “GET STARTED” button or send us an email with your rental property address, your name and any additional comments. We will then reply back with a watermarked pdf of the management agreement for your review. Take some notes and give us a call with any questions. Once you’re ready to sign we will then email the final agreement electronic signature via docusign.
What types of properties do you mange?
We manage properties ranging from single family, mutli-family rentals, condos, townhouses, large apartment buildings to commercial, warehousing, manufacturing, medical facilities, all varying in different price ranges and conditions.
Yes, we perform evictions on behalf of all our investor owners at a fraction of the cost an attorney would charge!
